Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic
Medical Career
Richelle Voth is a board certified Physician Assistant with twelve years of internal medicine experience. She has a demonstrated history of working in both the hospital and outpatient health care industry. Initially, she provided inpatient Hospitalist, internal medicine services on both the medical-surgical floors (med-surg) and intensive care units. Under traditional medical hospital employment she assisted in piloting new advanced practitioner provider (APP) roles across multiple programs. As such, she served medical care to an array of clients beyond the med-surg environment such as step-down ICU wings, long term acute care facilities, rehabilitation centers and skilled/assisted nursing facilities. For more details you may find her LinkedIn profile HERE. Richelle Voth is profoundly grateful to her time served in the traditional medical model – as its culmination of experiences not only exposed her to understanding the complexity, intricacies and vastness of disease but also provided her with the unique advantage of working amongst nearly all forms of inpatient and outpatient services offered under the traditional medical roof.
In the winter of 2022, Richelle Voth resigned from hospitalist care to shift her focus from remedying illness to optimizing wellness. Recognizing the pandemic provoked health challenges that faced the American public, Richelle Voth sought to align herself with integrative and innovative medical therapies that the traditional medical model did not routinely provide.
Beginning in 2023, Richelle Voth worked and trained alongside the late Dr. James Meehan, a renowned functional medicine and bioidentical hormone therapy provider. She attended multiple frontier-forward continuing education programs, such as the Independent Medical Alliance, to advance her literacy of off-label and novelty medical therapies. Additionally, she crafted a strong professional network of relationships with likeminded functional medicine providers, compounding pharmacies and patient-centered philanthropic organizations both locally and across state lines.
Following the passing of the late Dr. Meehan, Richelle transitioned to independent consulting practice, providing advanced bioidentical hormone therapy, regenerative medicine and long-haul covid therapies to other medical clinics via outpatient in-person and tele-health networks. Her work continued to expand serving patients and collaborating medical clinics across multiple states including Oklahoma, Texas, Florida and Minnesota.
In early 2026, Richelle Voth founded the Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Clinic based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Using evidence-informed care to optimize health, promote prevention and support long-term well being, Richelle Voth now aims to reframe Oklahoman’s understanding of their wellness by shifting them from taking “defense” actions to proactive “offense” steps and strategies. A firm believer that healing and restoration of the whole person is best achieved through a multimodality approach, Richelle Voth and the Kalon West providers presently provide fresh, friendly and forward-thinking modalities to protect their clients’ health.
