About
Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic
At Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic we aim to stand out. We believe:
1. You are in the driver’s seat of your own health.
At Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic, we believe you know your own body best. We start out by listening to and prioritizing your physical experiences. Our team listens carefully to your concerns, takes a full history of your symptoms and formulates an assessment and plan, unique to your symptomatic health goals. Your voice is our GPS navigating the road.
2. Laboratory “normal” may not be not “optimal”.
At Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Clinic we understand, and often teach, that lab values are not the only part of your health story. In fact, many lab reference ranges reflect an aggregate of “sick care” population data that are not truly reflective of optimal health. So, while your lab values may fall within “normal” standards, you may still be experiencing symptoms of imbalance at a cellular or physical level. Kalon West acknowledges that wellness is more than just checking a box on a lab slip result and we prioritize treating your symptoms while also considering your lab values input.
3. Healing takes a multifaceted approach.
Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic understands that healing is not always linear. Often, it takes a combined team effort. At the core of Kalon West, our providers seek to deliver integrative and innovative, customized solutions designed to improve your health. We always keep an open mind and open hands towards collaborating with your other practitioners involved. And we do not grow weary – as we are fiercely committed to reviving and igniting your wellness.
4. Medical autonomy is the goal.
Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic is privately owned and does not accept any forms of insurance, which allows us to keep clients’ treatment decisions secure. Unhooking from insurance also allows us to operate outside of insurance dictated time requirements, pharmaceutical pre-selected options and governance rules surrounding the care we can provide. The patient and provider relationship should govern the show – not third parties. So, in order to maintain medical freedom & provide customization to your personal health needs – insurance interference has got to go!
Who is Richelle Voth, Certified Independent Physician Assistant?
Richelle Voth is a board certified, independent Physician Assistant with eleven years of internal medicine experience. She has a demonstrated history of working in both the hospital & outpatient health care industry. Initially, she was skilled in providing Inpatient Hospitalist, Internal Medicine services on both the Medical-Surgical floors and Intensive Care units. Under traditional medical hospital employment she also assisted in piloting new, advanced practitioner provider (APP) roles across multiple programs. As such, she served medical care to an array of clients in Step-Down ICU beds, Long Term Acute Care facilities, Rehabilitation Centers and Skilled/Assisted Nursing facilities. For more details you may find her LinkedIn profile HERE. Richelle is profoundly grateful to her time served in the traditional medical model – as its culmination of experiences not only exposed her to understanding the complexity, intricacies and vastness of disease but also provided her with the unique advantage of working amongst nearly all forms of inpatient and outpatient services offered under the traditional medical roof.
However, in the winter of 2022, Richelle resigned from Hospitalist care to shift focus from remedying illness to optimizing wellness. Now, she presently provides only Outpatient Services via in-person and tele-health networks to optimize clients’ health across multiple states. She laughingly jokes that her career switched from “Defense” to “Offense” medicine stating: “If your cardiac artery is clogged, you’ll probably need to roto-rooter it surgically, but now I can sure try and prevent that artery from becoming clogged in the first place!”.
Recognizing the pandemic provoked health challenges that faced the American public, Richelle sought to align herself with integrative and innovative medical therapies that the traditional medical model did not routinely provide. She trained alongside the late Dr. James Meehan, attended frontier forward continuing education programs (such as the Independent Medical Alliance) and crafted network relationships with likeminded, local and out-of-state functional medicine providers, compounding pharmacies and patient centered philanthropic organizations. Richelle firmly believes that healing and restoration of the whole person is best achieved through a multimodality approach and at the Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Clinic, she and the Kalon West providers are committed to providing fresh, friendly and forward thinking modalities to protect their clients’ health.
In addition to her medical pursuits at Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic, Richelle also demonstrates a strong history of Public Speaking, Media Broadcasting and University Teaching with regards to the practice of medicine and matters of public health. In fact, if you type her name into Google, Spotify or YouTube, you might find her speaking out loud! She has experience in multiple media forms including radio, podcasts, television and the public stage.
Richelle achieved a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) focused in Physician Assistant studies from University of Oklahoma in 2014. She then furthered her learning as a Certified Advanced Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy Provider through World Link Medical – The Academy of Preventative and Innovative Medicine in 2024. Then, in 2025, Richelle became one of Oklahoma’s first Independent Physician Assistants, meaning she can practice medically without Physician oversight, certified by the Oklahoma Medical Board. Richelle enjoys Latin Rhythm dancing, renovating her 100-year old home, and serving on both the Tulsa Ballet and Oklahoma AmeriCorps Boards.
