The Discovery Call will entail a 20min, FREE consultation so our Kalon West team can learn more about your health questions, curiosities and challenges. Please be prepared to bring all concise and relevant details to this Discovery Call discussion. Our Kalon West team will then assess and determine whether or not our Kalon West providers can offer your unique health situation and circumstances help to discern root causes, laboratory testing and therapies/solutions.

Please NOTE: All Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic Discovery Call sessions will not serve as official medical office or telehealth visits to medically diagnose health conditions and ailments. The Discovery Call session will also not serve to provide you with prescriptions, therapies and treatment products at its ending.

A few more words: The Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic Discovery Call session will serve as an initial opportunity for both you and the Kalon West provider team to decide on a best, next course of action should your health needs align with the Kalon West services. You can think of this Discovery Call as a “speed dating”, informative session where Kalon West providers will invite you to explain your present health journey & then invite you to better understand Kalon West’s services. At the end of the Discovery Call, should both parties agree there is a mutual fit, the following action items will occur (what you can expect for next steps):

You will need to establish a time and date for your initial Kalon West telehealth appointment. You will then receive an email from Kalon West confirming and reminding you of your upcoming virtual appointment with your Kalon West provider. This initial email will contain all details necessary to confirm your appointment. You will also receive a reminder email and text message 24 hours prior to your official Kalon West visit.

Step 1

Pricing options, programs and length of treatments will be quoted to you within the Discovery Call regarding your intended visits while working with Kalon West. Please be aware that while we do our best to be transparent in pricing – final quotes may be subject to change, within reason.

Step 2

We will ask for simple, personal identification information (i.e. your date of birth, zip code, email address and full name) so that the Kalon West office can invite you to sign up as a client in the Kalon West Patient Portal. An invitation to the Kalon West Patient Portal will be sent to you via the email on file. Follow the email instructions to create your own unique user ID and login. NOTE: All clients thereafter registered may log into their Kalon West Patient Portal here: https://kalon.md-hq.com/

Step 3

Once inside the Kalon West Patient Portal, you’ll find several questionnaires and forms requiring your signature and attention. Based on your Discovery Call discussion, each client will have a variety of forms pre-populated that will be specific to your intention for visiting with the Kalon West | Hormone Therapy Medical Clinic. Not every client will receive the same pre-visit paperwork, fyi.

– NOTE: Should you prefer to use pen and paper, each form may be printed and signed, but will need to be mailed or hand delivered to the Kalon West offices by or at the time of service: 3807 S. Peoria Avenue, Ste. B#19, Tulsa, OK 74105.

Step 4

If your Kalon West Discovery call session revealed a need for laboratory testing, your Kalon West provider will also send you a secondary email from Evexia. Evexia lab testing encompasses both blood/serum based labs – which can be drawn at most LabCorp locations around the United States – as well as functional medicine test kits offered by alternative companies (ie. KMBO Food Test). NOTE: Evexia lab pricing is based off of pre-negotiated, cash rates and will 9/10 times, cost less than the use of insurance. Within your Evexia email, you will follow its steps to pay for and produce a lab slip. This lab slip can then be taken to any LabCorp Blood Draw Location: https://locations.labcorp.com/ok/ – where a phlebotomist will perform the blood work services. (At this time, Kalon West does not offer phlebotomy services themselves). Your lab work results will transmit directly into the Kalon West Patient Portal – where both you and your Kalon West Provider will be simultaneously notified.

– NOTE: If your bloodwork has not returned by the time of your established appointment with a Kalon West provider and/or your Kalon West forms have not been filled out, our Kalon West administrative staff will reach out to you to either reschedule your visit or assist you with finishing all necessary elements so that you and your Kalon West provider can be properly equipped to make diagnoses and treatment decisions accurately and safely during your visit together.
